It's just a term, it doesn't necessarily have to be black. It just means someone who is a rebel, or one who follows a different path. It comes from the black sheep being born into the white flock, but for humans, it just means a separatist, or someone different.

Goes close to "Pappy" Bongton's (sp) outfit. The final looks great. The one with the arm looks like the Dodge Ram takeoff. Or the bad boy decals one sees so often. Hummers are better than the Dodge.

He needs some Hollister mud, right guys? Talk about sticky stuff! When you can no longer see your wheels because of the mud, you have to feel around for your valve stems, your wheels seem totally out of balance when back on the road, it's so caked on the undercarriage that it takes 3 days with a sprinkler running underneath it to loosen it back up, then that's enough mud. :)

I think TGL's logo is perfect for us lil group of outlaws, it's not too close to Dodge I don't think. Besides, HUMMER is in totally different lettering and if folks can't read that then, well, whatever.

Ordered chrome door covers for the 5 handles, mirror covers and a locking gas cap - old cap was just the Hummer one without any lock.

Lived in Newport News some 21 years myself and now I live in PA which is a great place to live. Out in the boonies on the side of a mountain over looking the valley.

Weather is much milder here, doubt I'll miss the hot humid summers at all.

Just thought of something better than the car, truck, etc. idea for the driver door. How about just a tire on top of some rocks? Just add one whenever you run over something. It will be fun to tell people - this one is for a stray cat that couldn't get out of the way. This one is for a Honda in a parking lot. They can even be put on at an upward angle for the times you have climbed something and a downward angle for the times you got frustrated with traffic and went down the shoulder of the freeway. Or whatever reason you can think of when you deserv one. Even one for the times you have backed into something.:beerchug:

You don't pay for anything. You just upload your images, pick which items to sell, and set a markup over their base price. They handle all the ordering, shipping, etc. and just give you the markup.

The only thing is some of their shirts are not very good quality and you need to be sure you upload a very hi-res image with no compression. They recommend using PNG format.

http://www.zazzle.com is much better IMO. I recently had a few shirts made by them, I believe it's digital, the ink is infused in the cloth or something, no texture to it. Very detailed and it came out great. Go with the premium t-shirt!

I'm sure Maj Boyington is rolling over in his grave about this. I'm not trying to start anything, but since VMF/VMA 214 "The Black Sheep Squaron" was formed by Maj Boyington in 1942 and is still a current active Marine Corps squadron I find it somewhat appalling to see it modified here. I undrstand your concept and agree with the idea of the club, but my personal feeling is to ditch the "Squadron" part of it. Your mascot and style is different enough to be unique, but I think you could be more unique about the name as well.

Black Sheep Squadron is great, if you decide to break out into eact coast and west coast I would suggest sticking with the Cavalry format and go with Regiments and the smaller clubs could be Troops. I will have to see if I can find a K-Troop Cavalry t-shirt to send off to you in appreciation of your fine naming practices. had 27 tons of roadbase delivered last night :excited: we got about half of it spread today . gonna spread whats left tomorrow , might need some more not sure yet . we will have a nice area at the north end of the outpost for rig wash down :cool: . now there will be less red mud at the sides and front ;) sorry Sewie :p and TGL :giggling:

Hey Sewie and Garner, yep, it's coming along nicely out front. We're going to do the other side tomorrow morning. So Neo asks me if I want to take the new wheelbarrow for a spin. I say sure why not. 4 hours later I need a shower and I'm beat. Now I know why my Dad always said get an abukaton so I wouldn't have to do manual labor for a living. So we're moving around like 20 something tons of gravel. He wants a nice spot to wash the trucks. This should take away alot of the mud pits. Speaking of mud pits:
