During a road trip with my '06 H2 (3,000 miles on odo) last week I noticed some oil on the ground underneath it. Took it to the dealer in San Diego and they diagnosed a hydraulic brake booster and left front differential output shaft seal leaking. They replaced both and (four hours later) I was back on the road.
Are there common items on the '05's and 06's that seem to go bad? I know things break now and then, but have any of you that have been active on this forum for awhile noticed common threads of part failures? It might be helpful for things to keep a particular sharp eye out for. Thanks.
And as an aside, I've had the H2 just over a month and loved driving it for a 4,000 mile vacation. I thought it drove and handled better than my Suburban, and I thought that was pretty comfortable. I don't regret buying it at all. :excited:
