I don't have a TOW option, but I do have a Stinger option.

Yep, they don't leak at all. I guess if you got a damaged one it might. But it seals so well that it has it's own hydrometer and pressure relief valve you use before opening if it's gone through some compression/decompression cycles.

But, you might want to paint it as it does have these markings on it.;)
