Is that the long awaited "SKY ROOF" that was talked about a couple of years back or coversion?

Where did the pic come from?

Maybe the H4 would look like that but with 2 doors and a removable rear hard top?

Sure looks real, the shadows on the ground are even accurate... SEMA truck maybe?

Is that a removable hard top? Why did they remove the front tow hooks? I like the two tone paint.

That's quite a chop if that's what it is. But that would DEFINATELY sell. In quite large quanitities probably! I'd want one!

You know, could it be that the H3T spy photos are really a red herring??? Might this be what's coming up? It could also be a SEMA product. But the H3 book mentions that the H3T was really a distraction from the H3 project, whether you believe that. Seems odd that a fully uncamoflaged vehicle would be found driving around like this though.

SEMA is coming up in about 2 weeks.... Maybe we'll get an answer as to what this is.

Aren't those the new rims that come on the H3x? I like it but the rake is more pronounce with the back chopped off IMO. What do you do with the spare, leave it on the rear gate?

BlueHUMMERH2

Yes, those are indeed the H3x chromes. If that red is the Sonoma Red, then this is a 2007, for whatever that's worth.

SEMA is almost here!

Hmm, I just saw this. This is one heck of a chop if that's what this really is. Anyway, I noticed 1. and then 2. and then 3. Maybe I'm crazy?:

I say zip out windows, because without the rubber seam, how would a window pane clear the rear wheelwell?

BlueHUMMERH2

I've decided that has to be a seam, not the paint. There's not enough space in the A-pillar for an upper door frame. And if there is, this is seriously reworked from the H3 (or it's lost in the shadow).

Then how would zip out windows work? Perhaps there is a thin frame that runs from the door, around the "window frame", and back into the door into which one would zip the window.

I can't stop thinking about how cool an open top H3 would be, with half doors and a bed in the back. :jump: SEMA should hurry up!
