That looks like it's near the convention center in Las Vegas. "The Drive" is behind the Sahara, not Wynn. Does anyone know if "The Drive" is still operating in Vegas? It was supposed to finish up by early November and move on.

I am DEFINATELY buying your rear bumper and 2 ladders (one for each side) at the end of December or beginning of January! Might even be getting your mid UCP. I've thought about the rack but...other than having a place to put the tire, I wouldn't have much use for it. If I get all 4 pieces, could you cut me a deal on the rack? :D

BTW...I really like that you have "Nothing Else Compares" cut out in the rear of the rack...it's one of its best features! :D

Thank you! Jason was given pricing last week and I am sure something could be worked out for a package deal.

And the roof rack has many more uses than carrying a tire I hope to be displaying some of those uses in the next couple of weeks.

Price on the rack is around 1950.00 (powder coated black)

Like using it to carry out pieces of Jeeps and Toyotas that you find on the trail.

What is it made out of, and how much does it weigh? :)

I use my rack for everything but the cooler. I put all my tools and recovery gear up there, and then when I travel, I put all my luggage up there. They work great for getting things up out of the way and free up room on the inside.

I've been looking for an alternative to my Manik. I need one that has a better design. (for me)

Has to be polished stainless or chrome tho.

CO HUMMER will be releasing his new roof rack very shortly. I know it will only come in yellow. Rumor has it, it will be made out of popsicle sticks and duck tape to save on weight and cost. All that are interested should PM ASAP as his order status is already into July.

Signature series available on a limited supply.

I use 1.25" .065 wall tubing for the railing, 3/16" custom "Tee Beams" for the cross members. I will have a full width low profile tool box that is 60" wide 10" deep and about 5" tall. There is loads of space, the deck starts about 1" away from the rear door and ends at the sun roof. Tire carrier is an optional bolt on piece. I had my 38" tire on there and had Adam (230 lbs sorry adam) jump up and down on the tire to check the flex in the rack and it only between and 1/8" - 3/16". Total weight is around 130lbs. Stainless or Chrome which ever you prefer will not be a problem just a lot more expensive. Actually stainless is going to be the more feasible option. Chroming a unit like this will not be very successful over the long run. I believe they are making Chrome Powder coating.

Considering the design, the way my rack is put together and the accessories that are going to be available with it, the price is very good. You did not skimp on your choice of vehicle why skimp on your equipment?

Neil,
Congrats on a great product line. I know You have workered tirelessly for about 12 tp 18 months getting it all together and I would bet more to come.
I wish I could have been at SEMA to see You, Phil and some of my other Buddies. Illness just prevented it. Hopefully I can make it in 2007.

I'm planning to get to the spring SEMA 07 with the Mall Queen. We were not able to make it when invited for spring 2006 with Us having a dash crack in while loading on trailer to haul it. But, SEMA Spring Organizers left Us feeling good and with tentative invite back. So hope We make it to Atlanta 07 to be in the competition we were to be in before.

Keep on keepin on Buddy.
My best and sincere prayers are with You.

TAZ

I don't think we should have to pay extra for the rack just because it will have cool accessories that will someday be available to purchase at an additional cost. And I don't skimp on my vehicle's equipment, but I also don't like to overpay for items either. Guess I'll have to build one myself.

You are not paying extra for my rack, the pricing is in line or below other racks and yet in my opinion has more to offer. I do not over charge for my equipment, I charge a fair price. If you were attempting to manufacture equipment for a living you would charge as much as me if not more. Building your own equipment in my experience is always fun and usually very satisfying, I wish you the best in building your own rack.

Thank you Kerr, they are available as well and there are two different style grill guards available, over the hood (shown) and a standard style.

What socialist country do you come from? You don't "have to" do anything, and there is no such thing as "overpaying". Do you set the standard for what a good price is? Please enlighten me what a "fair" price would be for this item.

I'm sure that if it had the CO Hummer signature on it it would be at lease 3 times more :jump:

Niel, are you going to make any other GM truck accessories?

We have talked about that and in the future will more than likely pursue that, but for the immediate future we are going to be focusing on the H2's and hopefully shortly the H3's.

What's the clearance/height on stock tires,

with nothing in the rack?
with the toolbox you plan, and?
with a stock spare?

Ree,
sorry Ree I do not have all those measurements however. I have a 5.5" lift and 38's I did not take measurements prior to my mods.

from the factory rail system that the rack mounts to, my rack is 6.875" above that. Basically 7". T
The tool box to come will be flush with the top of my rack so clearance will not change.
With a stock tire on top, the measurement would be 15.5" from the top of the H2 factory rail system.

TXSUT Sorry about that I never got the PM I have had problems recieving my PM's from here before, I thought I resolved the problem but apparently not. I will check into that again.

Yes the website is still under development. My designer was actually waiting on me for all the product information but I finally got that to him just yesterday so the site should be up with in a week or so.
