Headrest Monitors...problem

I have Vizualogic A1000 7" DVD Monitor Headrests, and when I start my truck, the monitors blink on (blue screen) for a split second. Is this normal, or is something amiss?

Sounds normal. They are most probably wired to an ignition switched circuit, so power up when you start the vehicle and then go into stand by mode until turned on.

Sounds about right. I'll have to try and check mine when I power up!!

mine dont do that , they just illuminate at the buttons when not in use

I also have Vizualogic monitors and they also flash for a second during start up. Dealer said it was normal when I questioned them about it.
