How do you remove front seat headrests?

Some lowlife piece of dog**** broke into my truck tonight (at a restaurant) and stole my headrest monitor screens. I'm trying to remove what's left of the headrests and put my OEM heaedrests back in temporarily. How do you get these things all the way out?

EDiT: Nevermind, searched and found the answer.

There is a little pin-hole in each plastic piece that surrounds the headrest poles. I used a paperclip to push in there and release it.

You need to lift up on the headrest while sticking a tool or a paper clip in the release holes on the side of the plastic guides that the posts go into.

Hi guys, i sent my four headrests (1998 H1) to get them re-upholstered and the place got on fired and they lost everything including my head rests. Do you know where can i buy 4 of them? Thanks a lot. Christian
