I went to the pics and the place looks great!!!

The City of VA Beach runs the park.

Recently, a guy wanted to open an indoor skate park, but it really wasn't compatible with the neighboring businesses so it was turned down.

Damn, I would love to build a indoor park somewhere else. We are the only indoor park in the area. We have 4 outdoor parks within 20 miles of us. Orlando which is about 45 miles away has 5 parks.

I have looked at the Kings Dominon area, maybe to try and pick off that crowd. Oh well...
