So, does Anna Nichole Smith's Will = Howard Stern as killer

I am sure you have heard that Howard Stern produced a will Anna signed from 2001 naming Howard Stern executor of her trust and that she is leaving any and all assets to her son AND NOTHING to any future husbands and or future children.

Having said all of that - lets break this down:

Howard Stern = Attorney + Husband + Executor of Anna'a trust and assests

Son = the sole benefeciary in the event of Anna's death.

-Anna -Anna's Son = Howard Stern sole benefeciary

Is this not a perfect motive for Howard Stern to kill them both with Methadone + other drug over doeses?

Since Anna's son is dead the point of her will was void and now that Anna's dead the sole benefeciary is Howard Stern the controller of her trust.

Perfect motive for murder??

I'm not too sure about that. My friend's dad left a family friend as the executor of his trusts and assets for his 4 sons for when he dies, which he did. The sons are, of course, still living .. but all the executor ever got was a small salary for taking the job. I 'think' that if anything happened to the 4 sons, then any trusts and assets would have gone to the next of kin, be it an aunt, uncle, cousin, etc... someone in the 'family' who wasn't in the will. But, if your hunch is right ... then it appears Stern's acts are blatant and the whole thing suspicious.

Thats a far different situation than this senario.

The executor of the trust is the attorney and the husband and now the sole benefeciary.

Her son died of a similar death involving methadone just 5 months ago - and the methadone that was with Anna had his name on the perscription.

So, Howard Stern was providing methadone to Anna and I dont know where her son was getting it but both died with methadone being involved.

This just seems like a perfect murder motive to me.. but I am just a joe schmo

Also, if he was really looking out for "her best interest" and was any sort of attorney with merit, he would have had her update her Will immediatley after her daughter was born knowing she has been suicidal.

Seems like all was falling into place for him and he just watched it all happen OR played a part in the process of murder.

As you know, he will now get the mills and mills if/when she is awarded from her previous divorce.

Just sounds like a perfect motive to me..

You know the guy had motives. Even now- all he has to do is swab his and the baby's mouth and get a test.

You cannot (and I think this is true in all states and most countries)- be the executor and beneficiary of/in the same will. And bparkistan was right, if he was any kind of a lawyer/friend, especially being the executor of her will, he would have started the process to include the baby, right after Daniel died in fact.

Did anyone watch that reality show? He just walked around and she would be completely fubbed and he would act as if it was normal. He has been a shark from the beginning....

Yea, I totally picked up on that too. She would be trashed and he was sober all the time walking around like he was her livin caretaker..... You could tell just by the physiology of the relationship he was in it for other reasons.

I just think it was too convienient for both to die in such a short time frame from the same "senario" both deaths having methadone involved with his name on the perscript.

I mean think about it - if her son "just died" from methadone then you would think she would stay away from it - and if she was unable - then Howard certianly should have NOT given her any but with her in possesion of it when she died with his name on it makes him a prime suspect in my book - not even to mention the monetary gains he stands to inherit at this point.

Yes, you're both right. I used to watch the show, too (:giggling:), and all HKS would do was walk around, viewing the room from the corner of his eye. It was as if he was thinking, "What a bunch of crock this is.", as he was laughing under his breath. I agree .. it's been in the works and planning with this guy all along. I keep thinking about the witnesses at the hospital when Daniel died ... the witnesses who HEARD statements, but weren't in the room .. Anna screaming something to the effect of, "Why did you give that to him!!!!!" It was probably liquid meth. And now this time ... he was with Anna 2 hours prior to her death. He left her to go ready the yacht for its sailing to Nassau. Maybe he gave her a little liquid meth to calm her stomach before he left for the yacht yard. I hope they can find something substantial to pin on HKS and not let it go away like it has, so far, with Daniel's death. Now, that poor little baby has to grow up in that warped world. None of the 'daddy contenders' are prizes, in my opinion.
