I have a 2004 h2 gas. Every night I park my h2 and the battery goes dead by morning. I replaced the battery and the alternator. I am sure that there are no lights on. The only item I added was a remote starting. When I disconnect the battery I do get a arch. I can not find what is drawing it down. Also when I jump the h2 to I dont have to leave the jumpers on for a long time to charge my battery, it starts right away. ANY AND ALL SUGGESTION

Take it to the dealer or the stereo shop for an accurate diagnostic test.

Did they (the dealer) check with a VAT? (Another name for a large amp meter that also checks the starting and charging system. If not, have someone check the drain with an amp meter. If there is a large drain, pull fuses until it goes away, and this will tell you the circuit that is at fault.
Also, make sure the battery cables are on good and tight.

I had a short in my remote starter that prevented the truck from starting...batt wasnt dead..but the truck showed no life...(wouldnt even attempt to turn over/no dash lites)

AND, 2 weeks ago my batt was drained by the air compressor in the rear staying on...killed the batt quick...

just my $.02

I have a 2004 h2 gas.

There's your problem. You should have gotten the 2004 H2 diesel.

I had the same issue. It ended up being my remote Starter. I had them rip it out and the dealer put a new harness in and I havent had an issue since....
