I have an 04 H2, had an auxiallary modulator for my mp3 player installed over 2 years ago, a few months after the install I would get a whining noise from the stereo. I took into the dealer, installers and manufacturer and no one can diagnose it.
The installer said everything is fine, the manufacturer said if you have background noise from only the use of the auxillary input that the unit could be the problem, but that isnt the case.
It has been to the dealer 3 times for this and they replaced the amp, but it still doesnt resolve the issue.
Again it is an occasional noise (but seems to be increasing) whenever I go over a bump or turn hard it begins to whine.
It is a PAC AAIGM24 unit. I am taking it back to the dealer again tommorow, but any suggestions?
