I have a chance to buy a pair of Focal 165K3's for $350. Will these fit the H2 and are they a good choice?

Yes they will fit.. You will have to have the door panel fixed so that the midrange speaker will fit, but yes they will... Tweeter will fit nicely in the space provided... I am not a big focal fan but I think you will like them...
