Got dive-bombed by a mockingbird while trying to deadhead roses. Found a baby under one of the bushes that the dog had got a hold of. :( Poor momma bird. The dogs are still being attacked.
Also bought a mattress this morning (to go with the new bedroom set we bought yesterday). One of those sleep number beds....hopefully it's worth the money, it was awesome in the store.
Going to spend the rest of the evening looking up furniture online....we close on our old house on Tuesday and am looking to make a $60K take-home profit. That will hopefully cover new furniture for the dining room, living room, and boys room, plus a few odds and ends here and there.
Hubby told me he doesn't want to know what it costs. This is gonna be fun. :jump:

Yes it is, and this is the second Sunday where I had to cut the grass in a light jacket. I must remember to call Al sometime tomorrow to find out where 'global warming' is; I need some really bad. I hate cold weather, I love hot weather, and I cannot seem to find warm weather in MI.

It's Monday here in Thailand where I have been for the last two months and I still have another 30 roughly left in country.
About to take off out the door to head to work.

I know... Broward and Palm Beach County are on STAGE 3 WATER RESTRICTION ( can only water yards 1 day a week) We have been lucky in Miami-Dade. Have had some heavy rains for the past couple of days. (I THINK) Miami Beach got 7" in some places yesterday. I know that had some flooding there. Only problem is it didn't rain much over Lake "O" where South Florida gets most of its fresh water for the BISCAYNE AQUAFER where we draw most of out drinking liquid...
