The man, whose name police did not release, was not injured. The driver who was found laughing and crying uncontrollably complained of stomach pains, probably from shock, was unaware he was pushing the man, according to a news release from the Michigan State Police who were also strangely laughing and crying uncontrollably during the press conference.
