Damn, did anyone watch this last night? Very scary.
If you didn't see it, you won't believe the ending.

It's amazing he was able to get up and walk away from that one!

Yeah they bounced 25' in the air after he hit. You gotta be crazy just to go down that ramp. The first jump was amazing but I think he went bigger than he expected and couldn't get control before the next one.

We were just talking about that before the fall and Ken went upstairs.
They are taking skating to such extremes that it is totally unsafe. I didn't see any netting between those ramp to ramp jumps and the momentum takes you so high.
They are taking everything to more and more extremes every year, the manual/trick bikes and the skaters have so little protection.
I let out 3 oh sh1ts and 2 oh gods.:D
Did you all see back-woods-country-boy Scott Murray go for the double back flip later in the show?
He didn't make it...

I can't stop laughing at that the video. And the icing on the cake are those shots where you can really see his shoes fly off. :jump:

I think that dude used up all his good luck in that fall. I would retire after that one for sure.

i bet he is going to be sore for months after that impact. Knocked the fool's shoes right off his feet...that was one hard impact. My wife and I just looked at each other after seeing that and both said....what a stupid thing to do. Hell of it is, that guy probably makes a grillion dollars a year riding a damn skateboard....

A grillion oughta cover the medical bills.

with a few buck left over to buy some oxicontin for the residual pain....
He got the Bronze Medal in the same event tonight and he's only been back on the big ramp since May.
He totally nailed the first run which made the crowd go nuts!
