Thanks for postin the pics fireman, i like it! what size rim and tire you got on there? and i agree with twenty2 and ddwh that you need a black fuel door next. also, i put a black and orange IAFF sticker on the back of mine, i think it looks pretty good. i'll try and get some pics of it. it doesn't contrast the vehicle so much.

saleen they are stock tires and the rims are these.
http://www.wheelsforless.com/search_result.asp?Product_ID=398178
they are the ones at the bottom of the page and the price is better now than when i bought them
my cost was 975.00 delivered. it was a good company to deal with when they arrived they were 1 set of lug nuts short and 3 of the 4 center caps were broken due to shipping they sent a RMA (return merchandise authorization) call tag with the new caps and a whole set of lug nuts for all 4 wheels. cant say enough good things about there customer service.

That one is screwed into your filler neck bezel on the truck. open the fuel door, unscrew your gas cap. You'll see two bolts in there. remove those and than turn counter the whole assembly clockwise while pulling out away from the truck. the body is slotted, so the filler neck bezel just has to get past those tabs and will fall out easily once turned. It may be tough to turn, but it will come loose. So you'll end of having the whole filler neck bezel and fuel door in one piece. look at the back side of the fuel door and you'll see some screws that trap the door onto the bezel. Remove those and install your black fuel door.
If this doesn't sound easy, just send me a PM, and I can fax you some dirrections.

Sweet!! Love the blacked out look. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
But yeah those handles and fuel door have to go.
Yep, chrome door handles and fuel door gotta go. I would even drive around with those black plastic light covers on the add-on lights to dim the bling from them when in town.
Other than that, me likes!

I like to keep the lights uncovered cause on the way to work one morning got the flip from a tree hugger after he pulled in front of me while i was doing 75 he dropped down to 45 and i got the finger wave.
well i sped up and hit all the lights tried to melt his back window glass he got nervous and pulled out of thw way quickly.

looks great http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
Yeah, I hear ya'. I have ran into those as well.
I would like to add some lights up there to, using the Warn light bar. Then have one set come on when I hit the brights. I think Phil has a write-up on how to hook them up to the brights.

That's not legal in VA is it? I've thought about doing that, but don't want to deal with the "pink" window sticker if you know what I mean.

Ken P i know what you mean about the pink slip. But most of the PD around here just give me a hard time then usually let me go due to professional courtesy. Of course there are allways the ones who don't and i suppose i will deal with them when that time comes. They look so good.
thanks to Timgco i got the fuel door off yesterday and droped it of at the shop to have it powder coated. they said they wouldn't charge me for it cause i have done quite a bit of business with them and sent them business as well. So i am anxiously waiting for that. Then the door handles.
