My first oil change will be coming up in a couple of months. I was wondering if anyone uses synthetic oil such as Mobil 1 and if so, would you recommend it?

I have been using Amsoil on myne for over 20,000 miles now and I love it, I also change my transmission to synthetic and my transfercase as well as the differentials, they are working great! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Changed my oil to Mobile 1 after the first 750 miles on my 2003 H2 and have used it ever since. I use nothing but synthetic on all my cars.
