Recomended NAV/DVD/SatRadio Indash?

I'm looking for recomendations for a double-din type of in dash unit similar to the new factory units...Dealer want's 3.5K for the upgrade on my 04. Need to keep chimes/onstar/controls intact. Any double din will fit nicely. Look at the Eclipse for all in one units (nav built right in) and Kenwood for 2 piece units.
