Changing Courtesy Lights in Door? Chrome on Mirrors 06?

My wife just picked up her 06 H2 the other night and I am trying to change the courtesy lights in the doors. Do I need to take off the door panel to get to the bulbs? I have tried using a flathead to pop out the lens but it seems like they are glued to the base or something.

Also, anybody know an easy way to get the chrome piece off the 06 mirrors. Need to rattle can it. Thanks.

You can also remove the mirror and push the clips out.

One DRTY person here rattle canned them ON the truck.
