Guys,

Want to put an exhaust on the SUT to give it a little better breathing (and sound) - what's the favoured exhaust? I had been considering the Corsa "Sport" - but I do admit I like the look of the unit fitted to the Black Ops SUT - it has two separate outlets - anyone know what it is??

Was thinking about going with Corsa. Could you post an audio clip of your truck??

Nope, but they have one on their website:

Turn your volume ALL the way up and it's pretty darn accurate.

Devilsfan,

Is it TOO loud? By that I mean is is too loud during normal driving and does it become intrusive/tiresome after a while?

I have the Corsa Touring and NO it is not too loud under normal driving conditions like at frw speeds.

The "Corsa Sport" is louder but define "too loud".

With the windows up you can barley hear the "Touring" inside the cabin perhaps because of the supercharger whine but either way I don't think it's too bothersome.

I had a Corsa Sport on our first H2 and now have a Corsa Sport on our Yukon. It's engineered to get rid of the resonance but you still get a little. I'd say it out performs most others on the market but the exhaust note is a personal preference.

Personally I prefer the deep mellow tone of an American Thunder Flowmaster cat-back. When I had my Corsa installed in my Yukon, Midas was also installing a Flowmaster system in a H2. Now that sounded powerful!

The only reason I bought another Corsa was because I bought it for only $450.00 shipped off Ebay. For our current H2 I think I'll go with a Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back.

I'll vote for KenP. Nothing touches that exhaust.

I like loud. I like to ensure that the entire neighborhood knows when I start my truck.

Just punch holes in your stock exhaust until it's loud enough for you. :D

This way, the water and mud can drain out better after those mud holes and water crossings.

+1 to the Corsa Sport.

Honestly, inside the cabin it doesn't sound much different than when your truck is running cold on a hot day with the AC on. If that gives you an idea. I don't think it's too loud at all. It's definitely noticeable, but I can still hear the radio fine.
