I finally took off the Warn bumper cover because the valance was binding up with the grill when I opened the hood.

It was a little worse off than I originally thought. I knew it was nearly an inch narrower than it used to be and had flexed back on both sides enough to hit the body mount tabs, but it really held a bend in the center.

The Warn winch mounting underneath is all in good shape and apparently has not been deformed at all by the constant beating on the bumper. I got a new Warn bumper cover and SMA steel valance with PIAA 520s from Frankster to mount back in it's place once I get the truck back and get the bumper and valance painted up the same basic black.

I might beat ya to a plasma cutter. Can't decide between that or an O/A torch. Or both! :)

I need a new torch also. Ours at the farm hasn't been used in years and the tip has been "dinged" from just laying in the shop floor for so long and getting stepped on and junk.

A plasma just cuts so much cleaner. On the other hand, O/A is much more versatile.
