http://www.hmrmagazine.com/. But, I only got the first one so far. I would wait for some replies before you sign up. They have the right Idea compared to Ultimate Hummers which is more for the bling crowd IMO.

PD and still waiting for mag to show 8 months later.
Same with Ultimate Hummers mag.
They both have terrible customer service and no follow through.
MY VOTE: Don't order the subs for either mag.

Just got done talking to Dave the editor at HMR. The company just finished going through corprate restructuring, to longer then they thought. They are back up and running. There will be two issues going out in the next week.

David is a great guy and he has the roughest job in the world(:giggling: )
He will tell you this himself,I've the pleasure of meeting him and his photographer James twice and feel that he will make all things right.
Lifes got to be horrible for him to off-road and get paid to do so.Better him then me....................................

Maybe David should have link to this thread. I have a feeling there are many subscribers that are.... well, not happy?
Maybe it's not David that handles the subs. and that someone in his company is slacking?

I called too and talked to Dave. Who works on New Years Day? He told me about the re-org and I could hear in his voice that the delay was killing him. I?ve spoken to him a few times over the last year and he seems like a real stand-up guy. In fact, I?ve heard that about him from other Hummer owners that say they know him. He did say that he was going to make it up to everyone by extending our subscriptions to make up for the ones that were late, plus an extra issue to make up for the inconvenience.
He also told me that HMR was going to be launching their new website this week and they would be posting live pictures of everything Hummer from the Detroit Auto Show next week. So, if GM unveils the H4 or H3 truck, we?ll be able to see it on their site (www.hmrmagazine.com). Could be very cool!

I like this mag. I subsucribed back in October or September, and nothing so far. Glad to hear that the issues are hopefully on their way, because I do like the mag. If only I could have picked up all the back issues at Homecoming. I have about 3/4.

I really like the idea of the MAG and hope the best for it as it really tries to capture my idea of the Hummer experience.
But, as I business owner myself, if I am having issues, I will let my customers know before I leave them hanging. Hopefully the re org will bring sucess.....and my back issues of the MAG!!!

My case is unusual I guess. I have been getting my HRM mags.
I got all my Ultimate mags like I should the first couple of years and then got rough after that. If I get to go to The Texas Mile Marlon is supposed to come with photographer. If some of the Forum can come we will get to have a talk with Him.

Here's a consumer quiz:
Which two of the following three provisions of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, section 6-1-105 (most other states have similar provisions), might you have violated?
A person engages in a deceptive trade practice when, in the course of such person's business, vocation, or occupation, such person:
(c) Knowingly makes a false representation as to affiliation, connection, or association with or certification by another;
(i) Advertises goods, services, or property with intent not to sell them as advertised; or
(ll) Knowingly makes a false representation as to the results of a radon test or the need for radon mitigation.

I wonder how happy the paying vendors are that only an estimated half of all subscriptions are filled?
So if an orgainzation sent out only half of the subscribed subs and only half of what was promised, would that rag be considered being only poory organization half of the time or flat out stealing half of the paying vendors and subscribers?
I'm just trying to figure out if it's OK to provides customer service and fill contracts only half of the time?

It's not. It's no different than paying for four tires and getting only two shipped to you. Regardless of intent, its a breach of contract. If it's part of a scheme, it's also a violation of various consumer statutes, like the one previously cited.

It's a civil matter - so, you'd have bettter luck with people like the Colorado AG; the FTC; the BBB; etc ...

Just got their latest issue. He has a huge apology and is giving out free issues for subscribers. Seems like they had a family feud! If you didn't get it, email Dave and he'll fix you up. It's all his baby now.
I'll give Dave another chance, he's a nice guy.
