Hey guys,
I'm trying to help out a customer buying an H2 from us. We've looked all over and can't figure out how to turn on the driving/fog lights towards the bottom of the vehicle. What are we doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

They're Daytime Running Lights. They don't have a switch.:twak:
Good luck.:giggling:

That would explain it. :dancingbanana:

Not reading the manual.
They don't have a switch.
But if you're a little handy and patient, you can make one[/quote]
Step 1 - First you'll need to make a mold of the sensor in the center of the dash. Putty or playdough would be a nice material to use. But we're going to need something really durable for casting the body of the switch in step 2. So I'd get something a heavy duty like PL 500 construction adhesive. Slather it all over the sensor in a glob about 1 inch diameter. Don't worry though, it'll come off later really easy since the dash is made of plastic.
Let it setup for a day. Then I'll post pictures and instructions for step 2.

You're trying to help a customer buy an H2 and you can't figure out the lights or didn't look in the manual? I want to buy my next car from you... Things are only going to get more difficult as next they may ask how to fill it with gas when the time comes.
H2 OHHH!

Just in case someone asks in the future, The "H" stands for Hummer and the "2" is the 2nd model that they made:jump:

Hey the salesman is only trying the DR lights. OK maybe not much of a Hummer salesman, but how about the buyer? Shouldn't he or she be asking tougher questions ? Guess the buyer is a soccer Mom.

(LOL) Hey give the guy a break. It may be a Used Car lot and the H2 will definitely rake him a big comission.

Sort of. Start it, put it in drive and make sure it's light out or you shine a light on the sensor.
