http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

Then when you right click on an image you'll have a choice to Resize. Click it, choose Small and Save. Now you'll have two copies of the pic. Upload the small one.

Haha, my bad guys... I actually did forget :OWNED: , and the new computer is a Mac so I finally just got resizing working. Hopefully they don't come out too small. Anyways, I just kinda like how the flag was reflected in my window, so I snapped a few.
