Just checked out the 2008 H2 - what color to get?

Hey all...just checked out an 08 H2 Lux....gotta say that I LOVE the new interior. The interior has a much higher quality feel to it. The layout is very nice. Didnt take it for a drive though. The kiddo thought the back seats were much more comfortable.

Now the big decision is what color do I want? I am torn between doing a repeat of the Slate Blue Metallic, Black or the new pewter color which I dont recall what the heck it was called. Its a bit darker than pewter. What do you all think a good color would be?

I wasnt sure i'd like that silver bumper on the front/rear, but once you see it in person, I like it.

DOnt know if they made it for the H2 but i would either go Graphite Grey, that Sunset Orange, or the Slate Blue again.

They call it Greystone Metallic....its really sharp. It just came off the truck so it wasnt cleaned up yet.

I thought you guys knew all those pewter and slate things are Non Colors and best left for roofs and dishes yah bunch of sissies

didnt have a camera with me to take pics with....

yeah i know they are non-colors....there are so many other "real" colored H2's around that driving a non-colored one actually makes one stand out from the pack.....

I think I am leaning towards the Greystone, it is a nice looking rig. The dealer is supposed to be getting back to me today or monday with terms of his deal.

We also have him working up a price on a new 2008 CTS for my wife...now thats a sharp caddy!

I saw the solar flare on an H3 and didnt really care for it. It had an odd hue to it. Hard to explain.

The dealer didnt have any there with the sedona interior both had the black interior.

Black interior is probably best to go with, but I was just thinking I hadn't yet seen real pics of the new interior color yet (besides stock photos).

My advice would be to go with a new exterior color to be different. Don't waste a new purchase and end up feeling like you've still got the same old thing...

you know i wonder if it was the lighting in the showroom but that solar flare on the h3 had like a....kinda like a salmon color to it. LIke i said, could have been the lighting in the showroom....

i didn't see the "salmon"...the sun is their friend, boh look good outside, but I like it on the H2 better.....

Solar Flare! The color is hot! You have to check it out when the car is in the sun, not inside, because it has some pearl in the paint, it changes colors and lightens up a lot when outside. I did not like it at first when i saw it inside the dealership, then had them bring it outside and the decision was instant. I was also replacing a yellow h2, so i wanted something colorfull, and this is the most colorfull color choice for 08' when they bring back the yellow color i will trade er back in. !!

the sodonia interior looks nice with this color....
