Factory Roof Side Rail/Tracks?

Do all H2 base models come with the factory roof side rail/track assembled in place? Meaning if a customer wanted roof rack cross rails as an added option it is just a matter of the dealer adding the luggage cross rails to an already factory assembled track?...or, are the rail/tracks assembled to the roof on order with the cross rails?

ALL will have the rails that run from front to rear.

Yes, all that owner will have to do is add the crossrails that run from pssd to drsd.

i still never understood what you can use the other types of rails for, the ones that run parralel to to the roof it just makes no sense, what can you put on them?
