yeah those are nice wheels but I preffer wheels that have a ton of lip... On my Tundra I had 16.5x11 wheels and it had 7" of lip showing... So I would like to get wheels with at least 4" of lip on the rig...

p.s. what kind of mileage are you getting on the lift and wheel combo ????

i just meant the wheels you were looking at would probably work. i like the KMC XD Diesel's . im getting about 10.9 mpg according to the computer in the truck. went down alittle , but i think its worth it .

did you work on upgrading your brakes ???? Because people say you would need to upgrade the brakes because it does affect braking performance greatly

i didnt upgrade my brakes , its not to bad but i can feel a difference than stock. takes alittle longer to stop ;) not sure how much it would cost to upgrade the brakes.

I was thinking of upgrading to EBC brake pads and slotted/dimpled rotors with some Goodridge ss brake lines and Motul R600 brake fluid... I've always had really good luck with this combo on my track and street driven vehicles...

If you venture off pavement, get the 20's. There are many threads here on wheel sizes, tire widths, backspacing, offset, rear height sensors (if you have rear air suspension), etc. A little searching will prove most valuable.

If you wanted to go that route i personally would go with the patriot or the sabre...the others look like they should only be 24s or bigger. As far as rim size, get what you want but if i was to do a 22 i would def run a 37. If you want "lip" then more than likely youll be pushing the rims out from the truck minimizing the sway bar rubbing so youll be good.

The rim and tire size depend on what you prefer. If you run a 35in tire i think a 20in rim looks best but if you run a 37in rim i think a 22in would probably look best. I dont care what anyone says, you can run any trail with any other h2 even with 22s so if you plan on wheeling it still doenst make any difference on your personal decision.

As far as braking goes, i have no problems running 20s with 37s.

I would bet you have never wheeled with anyone with big rims have you? My 20's with 35s aired down to 20psi performed very well with VERY little rock rash. 22's with 37s would have the same amount of sidewall(which is hardly rubberbands) so i would expect the same results.

Ripp, dont listen to this guy as he knows not what he speaks of ;). If you want the 20's go for it and dont be scared to wheel them should you decide to do so.

basically the plan is to either get the XD Diesels ( but its kinda played out ... I've seen alot of H2's with them... But I really really really like the Black face on these wheels) or the USA Forged Warhawks in a 20x10 and run 35's or 325/60 inch tire...
