FS: SUT 8" Subwoofer box for under rear seat

I bought this about a year ago for my 2006 SUT.

It fits good, but you do have to remove the plastic shell that goes under the rear seat.

It currently has a JL Audio 8W3V2 subwoofer in it.

Very little use, and no abuse

Looking to get rid of this asap. It is heavy so shipping may be a little costly

I was thinking 150.00 + Shipping, this will obviously include the speaker.... and the carpet on it is black
