Dash Pod Gauges

Here are a couple pic's of my Boost and EGT gauges. Does anybody know if it's normal for my Boost gauge to read 6 pounds at idle and what level should my EGT read?

At idle your boost gauge should actually be showing vacuum...

Something is wrong if you're showing 6lbs of boost at idle. It sounds like your gauge is malfunctioning up because if you were getting boost at idle your rpm's would be soaring.
