I recently acquired a Warn 9.5ti MultiMount winch, and I'm having a hard time finding an OEM front receiver vertical hitch pin for my '05 H2. Unfortunately, the "stealership" only sells the pin as part of a combination deal which includes the vertical hitch pin, receiver extension, electric brake wiring harness etc. etc. for $160.00. The pin is unusual, in that it has an articulating joint to allow it to clear the brush guard when dropping it in to the receiver from the top.

If anyone has one of these they are willing to part with, please let me know. Thanks in advance...

I use a hitch pin lock.
Made by Masterlock.
It is a straight pin with a lock on the end of it.
Kind of tricky to get out sometimes.
(just push up on it with a screwdriver)

Take a look in the cloth bag that holds your tire jack, that's where mine was.

Yeah, I'm aware of that product, and I'm planning on ordering one. Brian at Hummer Solutions tells me it's been the standard solution for the H2, but the worst case scenario is if the winch isn't already mounted (or if it's mounted and you want to remove it) and for whatever reason the bottom of the receiver isn't accessible (under water, buried in mud) then the longer top mounted OEM style hitch pin is what is going to save the day. Having both seems like a good idea!

Yes, the owner's manual tells you that, and there's also supposed to be a receiver extension mounted on the interior spare tire mount, but neither of those came with my H2, and I purchased it from the original owner. Go figure!
