I just bought my 03 H2. WOO HOO Now the fun part of fixing the issues I also bought.
When I press the seat heater bottons. The botton lights flash on and then off. No heat to seats. Fuse maybe? Or grounding issues?
Thanks.

If you tried it a second time and the light flashed on then off I don't think it would be a fuse problem. Not sure but maybe a relay issue. I can't tell you how they are wired though. Good luck and Congratulations on your new H-2

I had the same problem , it was a bcm problem (body control module).
Sorry to say it was a dealer repair. :(

Symptoms I had and the fix I did to my 03, replacing the module is a pain but not impossible.

Had the BCM replaced under warranty with window problems. I keep an eye on Ebay because every now and then you see a new Hummer BCM advertised for around 199 and I plan on keeping this '06 awhile. The dealer price is more than twice that! My problem was with the door locks and electric windows acting erratically, particularly the rear window on my SUT. If you can find one it's just a matter of plugging in the wire bundles with their connectors. Mechanically/electronically, the BCM has been my only problem since I bought my '06 new.

Not sure about the 06 but on the 03 the seat control module is in the drivers seat bottom and if rw789's problem is the seat module you need to "jump through some hoops" to get to it. It is under the seat with the seat adjustment motors, the heating elements along with the frame work. Manual even shows pulling back the bottom seat cover as part of the process to get to it. :)

Side note, didn't someone here mention that there was a "program update" for the seat module as a fix versus replacing it. Thought I read about that after I had replaced mine
