New H2 Owner

Hi Everybody,

I am new to this site as well. My husband and I recently purchased a 2006 Maroon H2 and are totally in love with it. We also own an H3 which we also love. I was reading how people make efforts to vandalize H2's and showed my husband the video of the old man keying the H2. I think we would both be put in jail if someone touched our H2(I call it my baby) for physical violence. I thought it was just me when I noticed cars cutting me off while driving the H2. Guess there may be more to it.

I don't care because my Hummers are here to stay. Cari

Welcome to the group. Here in our area, we dont have very many haters. Sure you might get a stink eye once in a while from a prius driver, but pretty much it just gets oogled.

Was in traffic friday night going to sam's club and sat on the expressway for a solid 25 minutes. Did an informal poll of how many drivers checked out my rig and It was a good 75% of everyone that passed us, checked out the rig.

Just depends on your area and how many LL are there.

Welcome to the forum, H2Newfie. Get used to those who don't like the H2s for whatever reason. I really think there are more out there who do like them, or at least are intrigued by them, than not!;)

Every now and then you'll have those idiots who want to cut you off just to prove a point, but just pick your battles. I had one of those little foreign cars attempt to play chicken with me at the UT football game this weekend...she lost!

Hey Cari, Congratulations to you and your husband on you new H2. I share the same love for my H2 as well.

I never really worry about people cutting in front of my H2, as I tend to think they value there lives a little more. LOL

Thank you all. I will post pics of the babies (H2 and H3) soon. Nice to talk to others who love the H2 as much as we do. We have a Newfoundland Dog to go with our big rig. I need to get a pic of my newfie with the H2 as they are about the same size (LOL!). Cari
