Probably SOL as I think HOT SHOT went out of business due, in part, to the recall!!!

So you had the recall completed which was I believe a new wiring harness with an inline fuse if I am correct. I never had issues with mine however on my dad's 08SUV the hot shot unit caused all sorts of electrical issues which all corrected themselves when the fuse was pulled. He'd even gone so far as to have a montary settlement with Hummer on the truck due to the many times it was in the garage.

I like the features of the heated washer system, but you notice its not on the 09's. I think its more trouble than its worth. I'd also heard that they went under due in part to the recall.

If it is still blowing the fuse after the repair then that tells me that the unit is shorting out. I'd have them replace the unit itself and see if that fixes it.
