Battery time?????warrenty?????

I have been noticing that my battery is loosing its zip?does hummer replace these under the 4 year 50k mile warranty? Or is it considered normal wear and tear?

Like the tires, I think the battery is under the normal wear and tear clause. I switched to the Sears Diehard Heavy Duty International GRP 79 ($169 - Item 22833379) on my '06 H2 and have been VERY HAPPY with it. It fits in the battery cover perfectly and has done well the last two and half years. We use this exact battery in several of our larger trucks at the office and have had good luck with them under extreme conditions - and of course Sears stands behind them with their 36 month full replacement/100 month pro rated.

My dealer replaced my battery under the warranty and it is 3 years old. Habe the dealer look at it.

GM will replace your battery if you are under warentee for free. at least they did for me last year .
