These were powder coated immediately upon purchasing it new. The tires have 40000 mi on them but still have good tread. BFGoodrich A/T 315/70/R17. $500 for set of 4. Sorry no more pics. Like yours, regular rims just black. Let me know what photos he'd like and I'll try. Albany is about 3-4h. I will go to State College area if that helps. I'm open to ideas. Thanks for the reply
