Can everyone plz post what brand/size tire they're running on a STOCK setup? It'd be great to see it all in 1 spot...

I'm driving myself nuts with all the choices out there.

I'm also getting diff't answers to the good ole' "can i fit 37-12.5/17 on a stock h2" question from a bunch of sites i've called.

Thanks guys!

I've been thrilled with my Cooper STT tires on the stock wheels. Size 37x12.5 on the stock 17" wheels. Enough so that I'm on my second set. Will post a picture of them tomorrow.

I have stock rims. My original tires wore out fast. I decided to stick to the stock size, 315-70-17 and bought the Goodyear Dura Trac. They have been awesome. I do not regret not getting the 37's.

37 12.50 17 Procomp Extreme AT's. They rub at full lock on the swaybar and frame. ...nothing to worry about though.

sweet! keep 'em comin...& dont forget any lift/rub info!

i found a local place that'll do BFG ATs...$279ea for 35's, $320 ea for 37's (mounted & balanced)

Also, he has Mickey T MTZs 37s for $356ea

Prices seem pretty good when comparing online, which would add shipping & installation.

I've got Toyo Open Country M/T 35 x 12.5 x 17 on stock rims with stock ride height.

Keep in mind even the original equipment tires from the factory would run at full lock. Also, be mindful of road noise because some of the more aggressive tread patterns (Nitto Terra Grapplers) are stupid loud on the highway.

The Toyo's haven't been any louder than the factory BF Goodrich tires since their tread pattern was designed with noise cancelling in mind.

+1--

The TOYOs are quiet and should last 50k miles.

For a great deal on rims and or tires look up rimzone.com or rimzone on ebay.

You can call them direct. I got my 4 toyo open countries with 17" xd revolvers mounted, balanced and shipped to my door for 1800.00

That's almost as much as Les Schwab wanted just for the tires.

oooohhhh, that's is a good deal! If this SUT didn;t come with brand spankin new 37" Procomp Extreme AT's, I would ahve gone with with either the Toyo's (had them on my 07) or the procmop Extreme MT.

I have been up in the air about buying another set of BFG's or getting the Duratrac??? I think the Duratrac would provide better traction all around based on the tread design (its also rated for severe snow) so I would like to get them however on some of the reviews I have read the tire is said to have a soft sidewall that breaks over during corners and provides and unstable feel on the highway.... compared to your BFG's that came on your truck do you notice any such behavior from the Goodyears?? Thanks

Mike

Let’s see those PIXS of the BFG AT 37's! I think the tread depth is still the same as 35's right? (Would think it would be deeper than 17/32nds)? What is your tire heigth measured installed, just curious?

Anyone else measure their actual tire width/heigth of their installed 37’s. Curious to the variance between manufactures. Stock tires are what 33.5 inches i believe.
