K&N Cold Air Intake

Well, Ive decided to go back to stock and use the OEM intake and take out the K&N intake. Ive had it for about a year or so, and since Im putting my OEM back on, I won't be needing this to clutter up the garage. Make me offers, cause I know all of you know how much these things cost. And, I dont want to overprice this to my Hummer Peeps out here. This was off my 2003 rig. I believe it fits the yrs 03-05..

is it the silver intake tube, or the black plastic tube.
