Running stock rims open hub...lug nuts?

I've been running my stock rims open hub but have been thinking that I should replace the stock lug nuts with ones that completely cover the lug...to prevent rust and/or corrosive damage.

Suggestions...? My stock rims are chrome (for now) but will eventually be powder coated black.
