Does anyone think that there was a "best" year?
I had an 05 and now have an 06. Personnally my 06 has been great with fewer issues than the 05.

One would think that the 07 would be the 'best' in terms of issues...that gave'm 4 years to work out all the bugs before making any sort of significant changes.

2007 was a major year for GM to turn around on their design to exterior, interior, and motors(6.2L) for Tahoe's, Escalade's, and Yukon's, but H2, interior facelift started on 2008, but no significant change to the exterior except the grill and bumpers. I used to own 03, 05 and now 07 and as to the issues, built, and improvements, there are not much changed unless you get into 08. I bought 2007 because 1. It is a Limited Edition with FULL options, 2. Last year before they changed the interior and motor, and Hummer had 4 years to sort out the bugs, and 3. I could not afford 08 or 09.

Year is only relevant when you go to sale! I have an '04 H1, '06 H2 and '08 H3 and I love them all. There were so few changes by year in the H2 and H3 (except for the '08 Alpha which I have) that you almost always have to ask the owner what year is your truck?

It's interesting to look at the production numbers...08-09, there were very few Hummer H2's produced. Too bad, as there were some interesting changes made, especially the interior and the engine. But I'm really happy with my "new to me" 2003 H2...it only has 40k miles...:clapping:
