View Full Version : Lowering the rear of an air spring equipped H2
Hi, I have heard that it is possible to reprogrammed the rear air spring so that the height can be lowered so that the rear part of the h2 will match the front part of the vehicle.
Because usually the rear of a standard H2 is little higher than the front.
Is this true ?
Any thoughts ?
Thanks.
Why not raise the front with the torsion keys to match the rear? Would be simpler and takes 5 Minutes. Why would you want to loose ground clearance...

Just crank the T bars up an inch and get the alignment checked after the crank. If your air system is working good leave it alone.
I need to lower the rear maybe by 1 inch since I live in a condominium with a garage that can accomodate vehicles with height that has to be lower than 6 feet 8 inches.
Any thoughts ?
Thanks

TAKE OFF THE ROOF RACK ,DON'T SCREW WITH A PROPERLY WORKING AIR SUSPENSION.
Roof rack would be the best idea to get it a bit lower.
