New H2 owner here!

Hey everyone! Im glad to be apart of Elcova!

My story:

I've wanted a H2 for YEARS! I almost traded in my '98 Supra for one back in 2008 but couldn't pull the trigger as I was afraid of the gas mileage since it would be my daily driver. Since then, I've sold the Supra, bought a '08 Civic for my daily, and finally got my dream H2 for a play-toy!

I picked this up from Kansas last week. Its a '05 Luxury edition, white on black. Its a 1-owner vehicle and has 127,000 on the clock. The ride is super clean, but does show its age in some areas. I am doing all the maintenance and have a LIST of parts on the way. The only issue with the truck is it needs an new wheel bearing, which I have ordered and will be here tomorrow and most of the light bulbs in the cluster are burned out. Im going to send the cluster off for a LED conversion and blue needles soon. Below I have included pics of the new ride, parts on the way, and my daily driver, 2008 Civic on CCW's. Enjoy! :D

I know what you mean about procrastinating about the purchase. I started looking at the H2 when they first came out in 03 and even did two test drives. I kept putting off buying for one reason or another until they were about to shut down production and I knew it was now or never. I bought one of the last 09's that the dealer received.

There are members here with a wealth of knowledge about the H2 and can be of help to you.

I guess it depends on your area...not a lot of Rockstars in the DC Metro area. A few here and there mostly on street-Wranglers.

...but if you do go with Rockstars, for god's sake treat'em right...
