12 volt Acc Outlets in dash

Can anyone tell me if the 2 12 volt Acc outlets next to the lighter are on a different circuit then the rest? The lighter works, but neither Acc outlet does. The outlets at the back of the center console work. Before I tear it apart to see if my remote start installer forgot to hook them back up, I want to make sure I am not missing a fuse. All fuses in the passenger compartment are good.
