Does anyone know the front hitch rating. And is there any kind of extended mirrors out there for the H2 for towing a camper.?? - Doug

why do you need wider mirrors? are towing a house trailer? the small trailer I have is 101 inch wide and I can see around it pretty easy.

I would think the hitch should be simular to the rear, given that you can put a 9000lb winch in as rated by the factory.

I'm towing a 34' camper 1000 miles. I have only towed it once before local and i couldnt see for beans. THe mirrors are 96" wide to the far edges on the H2 and the camper is 100" wide. I was wondering if anyone made any specifically to fit over the H2 mirrors. Thanks , DOug

I was curious as far as tongue weight. I am sliding in a platform that is 44" x 96" to put two small minibikes and a honda generator. I hope its rated for at least 500lbs. The owners manual say nothing about the front hitch except dont tow a trailer with it. Thanks Doug

Don't you mean "push" a trailer with it?
seriously the hitch should hold that kind of weight, just don't block the grill and cause the truck to over heat.
I was wondering why you are going out so wide? 44" is pretty far in front and will create alot of leverage down on the hitch.
yes, i will be careful not to block the radiator to much , i am a little nervous about that. The only reason i am using the rack that is 44" deep is because i already have it. It goes on the back of my portable toilet rental truck and holds two porta pottys for delivery. My luck i'll probably break something . Thanks, doug

I saw a set @ Advance today.
Thanks i'll check it out. Maybe there is a generic type that will slide over the h2 mirrors. ..
