what is the largest widest tires to be used on stock rims or on rims with stock measurements?
i saw a post saying DO NOT use 13.5 on stock rims and to NOT use spacers. why?? i need educated here so all input appreciated
i am considering 20" wheels and want tires to go with them, i want the biggest most agressive muscular look possible without compromizing ride quality for a daily driver that does NOT get offroaded.

I LOVE this look! I have been looking for black centers with chrome lips. These are so unique! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif Any video of them rolling? Where did you get them?
Also, IMHO I wouldn't go bigger than 20's unless you upgrade your brakes. Not that you were talking about that but I have been known to purchase more than what I had intended in the process of negotiation. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

like the rims but aired down I'd be willing to bet that there'd be rim damage if he tackles Moab or trails and obsticles like in Moab. There just isn't enough side wall to protect the rim.

Worse thing was the finish got all scratched up from rocks in the mud and tree limbs/branches.... i dont have them any more.... chrome seems to be alot more durable than black painted wheels...

Were they powdercoated or just painted? I wonder if shooting bedliner on the black areas would have helped. It's a shame, 'cause they look fine.

They are painted black from the manuf. i dont think i would like the bedliner material although it was considered...i believe that since i switched to a pewter truck the chrome finish for an upcharge of 70 per wheel worked out and i thought and the chrome looked good on pewter after seeing Phils truck...
