I just mounted them yesterday and so far so good. The front rubs a little but I'm going to put a 2' leveling kit on it to eliminate that.

I'm not a huge fan of 22" wheels, but it looks pretty damn sweet.

Conrad II,
Where did you get the 22" Capella rims? Did you get a good price?

I saw those on Ebay also. I just wonder how they can sell them so cheap. Discount Tire quoted me $700 per rim for 22" Capella's. Which one is the rip-off? (I will never pay $700 per rim so the point is moot anyway) (Thanks for the spelling correction TXSUT, my school teacher Mother would be so disappointed in me)

Mute refers to the inability to produce sound. The word you're looking for is "moot."

CONRAD II,

did you use oem center caps on that?

Looks good...I got the 22" capella also but I haven't decided what tires to go with yet. I think the new BfGoodrich M/T LT335/55R22 is the best way to go. I do like the Nitto M/G but I hear that they have a lot of road noise.

Yes I used the OEM center caps, I like them much more than the ones that were shipped with my wheels. Also, I simply requested from the seller to add an extra wheel to the cost of my order, no questions asked. The mudd grapplers are deffinately LOUD, but I can live with it for now. They seem to handle on the road relatively well, I'll find out about off road this weekend.

I was told by the people at my local 4x4 shop that my torsion bars were already cranked as high as they would go... are they lying to me?

If they are though, I would go to the dealer and have your Z height checked. If the bars are already cranked to the max, chances are the bars are weak and need to be replaced.

Sounds more like the 4x4 shop wants to sell you some keys. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I dig it!

I think that that size would rub on my truck - and what I run pretty bad. It is a really nice street/off-road look.

enjoy the heads that will be turning! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
