4x4 not working all the time....

Well today I went and did a full inspection for extended warranty...and theres just a few things that need to be fixed before they approve the extended warranty...Mirror (on order from Ebay)....door handle rear passenger....grease some part I dont remember when i get the memo from gm ill tell you guys...and he also told me the 4x4 is nto working all the time...what could the problem be? Its still under warranty they will fix it but they do not know what the problem could be they will check it on Tuesday my next appointment....

Last time they changed liek 3 parts in the transfer case...but theirs still a problem with the 4x4...any ideas?
