I did that same exact thing behind my buddys truck when I was in high school. we had a flooded street in A2 and I let him tow me on my 62" skateboard made from a old water ski. once it plained off we were ski'n!

done it tons of times, not on the street, but been pulled behind a friends truck or something, but we do it in like a flooded field or something, or a flooded ditch.

You can do that also along an ocean side behind a 4wheeler and its a blast.

problem with that is the ocean ruins the board, all salt water ruins the board, thats why youll hardly see any of us pro riders ride in the intercoastal. also the intercostal and ocean on top of ruining the boards gets really rough
