does anyone know how to get a certain picture folder onto the iphone?

ok i know this is a hummer forum site, but i figured someone might know this. does anyone know how i can get just one certain picture folder from my computer onto my iphone?!?!?!? without deleting or taking off any of the pictures i currently have on my phone?!

If its in your iphoto library just place it in its own album and sync that album with your iphone.
