A little. The Nugs were the only playoff hope in town. Denver is one of only 7 world cities will all the major sports. Broncos, Avalanche, Rockies and Nuggets. The Avs started their season a day too late, the Rockies are basically a farm club, the Broncos probably wont make the playoffs with a rookie QB (if they do the games will be in 08 anyway) and the Nuggets have been bounced in the first round for five straight years. Yes, I'm a little bitter.
I guess it's better than if we only had one team (Spurs) to pin all our hopes on.
