Hard Seats

[Little General]

I haven't sat in any other H1 seats, but mine are hard as a rock. I read somewhere about getting more foam put in them. Anybody got any ideas?

Well, Since no body wants to answer, I will tell you what I found. Got a wild hair and took out the drivers seat plus all the interior. Cleaned , re dyed all plastic put back in. Now the seat. Its got carpet foam from house carpet in it. All but the drivers seat looks good but it has lost it cushion, so today my neighbor installs carpet and we are going to pull the bottom and see what it takes to repair. More news later...

Sorry I can't help you. An upholstry shop could do it for you, but it's cool that you are updating your progress.

Better to bring it to your local upholstery shop and let them do the job or bring it to the dealership they are the one who knows better about Hummer parts (http://www.partstrain.com/ShopByVehicle/HUMMER).
